As dusk settles over the Thu Bon River, The Merchant Restaurant draws guests into an intimate evening of soulful food, expressive cocktails, electric music, magician entertaining and open-hearted conversations. 

Created in collaboration with Mango Group and Làng Rice Wine, Sunset Soirée brings together local and internationally recognised talents who share the same tenet of seasonality and locality in their creations.
