            Centuries ago, merchants exchanged spices, silk, ceramics, and stories from faraway lands. Today, The Merchant Restaurant offers travelers pure, prized treasures from land and sea.

An earthy elegance flows through the restaurant’s riverside terrace, inner courtyard, and two floors, where handmade crafts and ceramics from local artisans are given pride of place.
